TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Booking & Payment
» A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking.
» The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
» Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will not incur additional charges (deposit remains non-refundable).
» Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged 100% of the agreed rental fee.
3. Date Change Policy
» Requests to reschedule the event must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
»Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
4. Setup & Access Requirements
» The client must ensure vehicle access and a flat parking space for a van sized approx. 7m x 3m.
» Two standard power sockets (13A) must be available within 10 meters of the setup area.
5. Usage & Supervision
» The Game Van is designed for up to 12 children at a time. Supervision is provided by GameVan staff, but children remain the responsibility of the client/guardian.
» No food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed inside the van.
6. Damage & Liability
» Any damage caused to the equipment due to misuse will be charged to the client.
» GameVan is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to misuse of the equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.
7. Event Delays
» Delays caused by restricted access, lack of power supply, or other client-related issues may reduce service time without compensation.
» GameVan reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, without a refund.
8. Weather Policy
» The van is fully air-conditioned and suitable for most weather conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather preventing access or operation, GameVan will offer a reschedule or partial refund at its discretion.
9. Images & Marketing
» GameVan may take photos/videos during the event for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you wish to opt out.
